Sors ist eine App für Mac und iPhone zur persönlichen Wochenplanung, angeboten von Lukas (Kontakt: sors.app@proton.me). Mit der Nutzung von Sors+ gelten die folgenden Bedingungen zusätzlich zu Apples Standard-Lizenzvereinbarung für Endnutzer.
Sors bietet eine lokale Wochenplanung mit Notizen, Routinen, Zielen und Wochenansichten. Bestimmte Funktionen erfordern das Abonnement Sors+.
Sors+ ist ein monatlich wiederkehrendes Abonnement zum in App Store Connect hinterlegten Preis. Es verlängert sich automatisch, bis du es in den Einstellungen deiner Apple-ID kündigst. Die Abbuchung erfolgt über dein Apple-Konto; eine bereits begonnene Abrechnungsperiode wird bei Kündigung nicht anteilig erstattet, soweit das geltende Recht nichts anderes vorschreibt. Ein Kauf auf einer Plattform (Mac oder iPhone) schaltet die Funktionen auf beiden Geräten frei, sofern dieselbe Apple-ID verwendet wird.
Kündigung und Verwaltung des Abos erfolgen ausschließlich über die Apple-ID-Einstellungen des jeweiligen Geräts. Rückerstattungsanfragen bearbeitet Apple gemäß dessen eigenen Richtlinien – ich habe darauf keinen Einfluss.
Deine Planungsdaten liegen lokal auf deinem Gerät bzw., falls du das einrichtest, in einem von dir gewählten Ordner (siehe Datenschutzerklärung). Für Datenverlust – etwa durch Deinstallation ohne eigene Sicherung – übernehme ich keine Haftung.
Sors wird mit größtmöglicher Sorgfalt entwickelt, aber ohne Zusicherung ständiger Fehlerfreiheit oder Verfügbarkeit bereitgestellt. Im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen wird die Haftung für mittelbare Schäden ausgeschlossen.
Diese Bedingungen können bei Weiterentwicklung der App angepasst werden. Das Datum oben zeigt den letzten Stand.

Sors is a Mac and iPhone app for personal weekly planning, offered by Lukas (contact: sors.app@proton.me). Using Sors+ means these terms apply in addition to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Sors provides local weekly planning with notes, routines, goals and weekly views. Certain features require the Sors+ subscription.
Sors+ is a monthly recurring subscription at the price listed in App Store Connect. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Billing runs through your Apple account; a billing period already in progress is not refunded pro-rata on cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A purchase on one platform (Mac or iPhone) unlocks the features on both, as long as the same Apple ID is used.
Cancelling or managing the subscription happens exclusively through your device's Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies — I have no influence over that process.
Your planning data lives locally on your device, or, if you set it up, in a folder you chose yourself (see the Privacy Policy). I take no responsibility for data loss, for example from an uninstall without your own backup.
Sors is built with care but provided without a guarantee of constant error-free operation or availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages is excluded.
